Research on the Development of Administrative Law Teaching Materials

Ungchae Jung, partner attorney at Cha & Kwon Law Offices conducted research on the development of administrative law training materials for public officials at the Ministry of Justice.

Through this project, which was conducted in 2023, Mr. Jung developed and delivered a textbook to the Ministry of Justice that provides basic information on ‘means of securing effectiveness’ in administrative law and provides practical help to public officials who perform public duties on the front line.

For frontline public servants, the means of securing effectiveness is an area where they always face difficulties due to procedures and complaints. Legal issues arising in the course of performing their duties often require in-depth legal review as they carry the risk of having their dispositions revoked.

The textbook produced through this contract is designed to help public officials easily understand and directly assist them in practice by including various samples centered on actual cases in carrying out the means of securing effectiveness.
